Reorganize Help Files

I know the new year has passed, etc. but I still think that the help files could use a reorganization. Mainly I think the "Commands" list could use an alphabetical listing, so it is easier to read/find what you are looking for. Also if it could be organized into groups, like movement specific, conversational, buying/selling/merchant, grouping, etc.

Also, I noticed there is no helpfile for "help journal" which I thinks would leave anyone that did not read the specifics on it (I vaguely recall it) clueless as to its uses/purpose. You can logically think of what a journal is, but I still think I help file would be great.
