Not being able to delete deters rare circulation greatly, so can we please have that option returned?
Also, are rare purges happening still? It would seem even the most basic rares are missing :/

Agreed. It made delpass obsolete for 50's. If you didn't want to delete, use that instead. If you didn't mean it, well don't get drunk and FL. Or don't get mad over stupid things.
When you hit 50, you should get a message along these lines:
"You've reached the pinnacle of your guild! Game play from here forward is of the highest caliber and difficulty. You may wish to set a delpass by typing: delpass "
I prefer this:
"You've reached the pinnacle of your Cabal, from here on out, Harden up Princess."

Just like they upped the rare count after I said my beef about it? Exactly....
Point is - rares are a concern and when people say something about them you shouldn't be such a hypocrite since you obviously care enough to "whine" about them.

With this and also the next area to go in, there are now plenty of alternatives, valid alternatives for a level 50 to dress.
I have noticed that there's quite a few good alternatives, it's quite amazing to get to see them. Unfortunately it always seems that these areas go in when I either A) Don't have a 50 that I currently play or 
The 50 I do play doesn't have identify to see them all.
I would really like to see the delete option returned though for level 50's. How many times is it that I have seen where people write a thread on their Good-Bye's, and they ask for a denial? I have done one that I recall off the top of my head and probably like 4 or so more in the last 6 months or so from others that I have paid attention to. I think it would be a great option to have back.
Just as a counter-point, we also get many posts in prayer asking for denials, only to have the player return to their characters and do great things after having a day or two to cool off.
Delete should temporarily delete. First time, it gives the player 24 hours to cool off (they can't login for that 24 hours). Second time, it's a week. Third time, it's a real delete, and they're gone.
Seems like a pointless addition to me. Not having the ability to delete gives people time to cool off.
My cooldown period is I log off, play a video game on my 360 and come back to it a few hours later. And people shouldn't ask for denials unless they're absolutely sure they want one. With a delpass you can't delete unless you know the delpass, and if you do, well you're determined enough to do it overall. I don't think I have ever asked for a denial and played the character again afterwards. But that's just me, and I've probably only deleted one character that was non-50 out of rage and didn't regret it. But it was a rage not caused by a pdeath, it was a mob death that was entirely my fault and I hate dying to MOBs.
