In the big picture, I see having three cabals with a coup ability as a balance issue. This gives elite players yet another edge via a third cabal choice where they can potentially go from I to T/E/L in one PK. It wouldn't be difficult for a BLM Inductee who has mastery in his Barbarian Elder/Leader's anatomy to beat him in a challenge. Or a barbarian thief getting the drop.
With the size of this playerbase, we don't need another cabal to allow such quick advancement.
If you want that E position in Barb, challenge your elder a few times and if you've defeated him/her enough, it will obviously be on your record for all to see that you deserve the spot. Then it's up to the cabal IMM if they want to promote/demote.

An inductee blademaster is never ever ever going to beat a barbarian elder or leader. Ever.

The final reason I'm getting rid of him is because I only played during a short time span last night. During that time span my connection kept dropping and I died. I had THE best gear for my zerk in the game and could never even get back to my corpse lol.** I think I died twice and never knew how lol.**

A Member would have a much easier time than an inductee, but I still don't think it could really happen - and even if it could, I don't think that a WM M would have enough clout to have the WM imm sign off on a challenge-for-leadership duel with the Barb E or L...so even if it's possible, I don't think an M has "paid their dues" enough so to speak in the first place.
Dagoneto didn't use sanctuary or any abilities at all rendered to him after Inductee - so really, he was just an inductee as well for that fight.

As higher rank warmaster it was my incentive to lead by example, so I decided level the field, even if that meant losing the duel. Yes, I leveled myself to the rank of an inductee, everyone can defeat a WM inductee with Elder WM skills though.
A honorable duel is a fair duel. There is no fairness in using sanctuary while your opponent can't.

A Barbarian E or L, using the wealth of things allowed to them by WM/Barbarian up to and inlcuding E and L, is going to beat a WM inductee 10 times out of 10.
