Can it be made owner only? Like dragonslayer? I think it would be a nice idea 
Bone Bow Idea
Its the best bow in the game. Dragonslayer is kinda weak in comparison to the other exotics. You can already do the quest twice, I dont think it should be owner only.
I wouldn't say "best", but it's a good one.
You can make two of them as well.
What's better? An argument can be made for hunter eternal and one of the creared bows from the sanctuary of contraptions(if you are archery). The stats on the bone bow are far superior to the others.
the composite bow is not bad at all, Mahn-tor rage is the best bow IG, the gearshooter is good too.
Composite is a good alternative to the bone bow. Mahn Tor' Rage is too slow granted it has armorpierce, but the ammunition is difficult to maintain in high abundance. The bone bow's flags and stats make it far superior. Gearshooter is awful lol
Composite bow, mahn-tor's rage, most of the cabal bows are better/equal.
It is good yes, I wouldn't personally call it "the best" though. Still, this is entirely a matter of personal preference.

They both have their uses.
With Archery the Bone bow doesnt shoot nearly as far as the Composite bow.
The Composite bow however doesnt shoot through closed doors.
Its about personal preference and playstyle.
If you've just got normal fired weapons either bow isnt going to make a huge comparison.
