Banquet Hall.

I think that Cabals should have another room: a banquet hall, themed to the aesthetic of the Cabal, where its members can meet with members of other cabals for RP and diplomacy.

Cabal Leaders are capable of adding rooms to the Cabal halls. Not sure if elders can send out a vote or not.

That feature is not enabled in this version of fl (was in 2.0, lead to a lot of problems however).
