If a note is written directly to someone, IE: TO , a copy of that note should be able to be drafted.
As it stands now, if someone writes a note to you that you want a copy of, you have to copy/paste that note into one you've written yourself, send it to yourself, then draft said note. Doing this fills up your current 'mailbox', if you will, with a bunch of duplicate notes.
