I suggest making avatar a level 30 qrace. Anyone who has played an avatar will agree that there are bonuses to being an avatar that you are going to want while your ranking. Also it would make the 30 range have the same good vs evil clash that the pinn range has. Will also stop you having to leave your cabal in order to apply.

technically yes, but realistically most avatars get avatar at pinn. I had one at 41 once. But it was an awesome RP group thing, and cannot be taken as the norm.
True enough. I do like the idea of giving goods a reason to chill around 30 to balance the evils.

You can get an avatar at level 30, but you must have the Rp of Irpel and the Pk of Hitandrun
I know in 2.0 I had avatar twice at level 30. But the point remains that it seems to be the norm for abate wannabes to be told to get to 50. I figure Lich and Sader and Psi are 50 apps...vamp undead demon and avatar should be 30.
