Since we can freely discuss consumable locations/affects/etc, what say someone make a giant list of what gives what, where it comes from, what it costs or who you have to kill to get it.
Maybe come up with a good format, that way people can get all the buffs they've been missing.
I'd also like to hear some Imm input on this, since it's largely up to them to give us the go ahead on making said list.

Sticky, please? I say this as someone who barely ever uses smokeables (usually for RP reasons)... this is still incredibly newbie-friendly, and should be stickied either here or transferred to the newbie help section and stickied there.
If someone takes the time to make a complete and correct list, I'll stick it.
