Haggle

How about haggle works with buying cabal items?

That sounds like haggling with the IRS. But I do like the idea. Haggle is haggle. Overall, why should one shopkeeper be different than another. In fact, they should be more willing to haggle since they're supplying said cabal items for said cabal.

Fortunately they're not tax collectors.

Agreed, plus its not like the healing, teaching skills, or anything requiring the "heal" command would be affected.
