Warriors and doublesheath

I've heard from some immortals personally that this would make warriors OP. The only reason I suggest that ALL warriors should have the doublesheath skill is that ALL warriors are weapon dependant.

They receive every weapon in the game. Yet can only wield one or dual wield. Thus limiting the amount of weapons they can carry. Many of you carry extra weapons/armor to switch on and off to combat certain people.

Allowing all warriors to have this skill will allow the warrior to carry 1-2 extra weapons. I'm not 100% on how this would make them OP so if you can think disagree or agree for any reason please post.

It will not make them op, it will just make them stronger and easier to play.

The question you need to ask is, do they need to be made stronger and easier to play?

Yes, you can carry 4 additional weapons in your inventory, but lots of people keep a few pieces of equipment to switch as well. Such as, exchanging hit/dam eq for some saves cuz your fighting a shaman or something. Warriors get every weapon, all I am saying it lets give them the opportunity to allow use of all of them.

Plus the extra 1-2 weapons I spoke of would be the ones which are doublesheathed.

ninjas can only double sheath exotics.

honestly i don't see why not. I find it silly that just about every other melee class gets doublesheath, why wouldn't a warrior? the warrior class is very gear dependent, this would make them less so. (edit: by giving them more access)

right.. so a blademaster can chose any stance based upon who is current enemy is but a warrior should sacrifice a weapon to go kill a mob to get another one based upon his enemy, if the 5-6 weapons he has aren't the correct ones.

It's not just about weapons here. Implementing this will allow warriors to carry different armors for different classes, since their weapons will not be taking up that extra space anymore.

Blademasters, as you know, have weight restrictions which renders a huge amount of the higher end rares/uniques useless to them.

true, and a very good point, but would you agree that their skills make up for the difference? I think you of all people can attest to the versatility of a blm being superior to that of a warrior. please correct me if I am wrong.

What melee classes are you speaking of Sandbox? Rangers-selectable, Ninjas-selectable, Warriors-selectable. Only Thieves and Blademasters get it without selecting, and I always considered this a melee balance thing. Everyone seems to think Ninjas and Warriors need this skill given to them, but I see ninjas and warriors everyday that hold their own in Aabahran. Would it not solve this just as easy to give warriors an extra rare slot or two?

The reason why Warriors get this as only a possible lore is the same reason why I believe rangers, thieves, and ninjas should be getting it as a lore. However the ranger path gets that in addition to two of the stronger skills in the game. Top it off with Kesrick still not having any rares on him I'd say this wouldn't be a good idea.

what does this have to do with kesrick???

the fact that if you give all wars 2 extra weapons to carry, your only going to give grum stuff to kill more of your chars right now

-Sigh- Think about it for a minute. Giving these classes doublesheath allows more classes to hold more rares not just weapons. Multiply these classes and the number of rares they're holding and pretty soon nothing at all will be around. Not even Kesrick himself.

i guess i can see where your going with this.. but if the problem is with # of rares why punish 1 class?

because those three classe have the ability to keep an additional 2 items. They do not have to choose terminator or lies bracelet. they can have both know.

Thieves and Ninjas use Doublesheath to auto throw when engaging or opponent flees.

Only class that in my opinion would do the items thing are Blademasters.

rangers? cabal pet camo 2 more rare slots tracking and lag, all come this path for rangers...

Rangers are not a problem. They can chose it like Warriors.
