Lately I have noticed a run of tactics in Cabal warfare where in a situation that it is 1v1 one of the parties involved "camps" at their cabal guard, not moving, waiting for the aggressor to come into the room so they can freely open on them and begin unloading. They tend to shoot at people in adjacant rooms as well.
It is my udnerstanding that camping like this is frowned upon by the imm's though I can honestly agree that enforcement is nearly impossible.
My proposed solutions are two, and should be considered as different answers to the problem.
one proposal is to have the cabal guard push them out after an hour...
The better suggestion though is to make the cabal guards NOT aggro, but leave them an aggro table for if they get assaulted. For example, if a warmaster rides in on the savant guardian..the guardian should warn them, but not attack. It wont let them pass of course, and if the warmaster engages them..well then it is aggro on them until they leave and return.
As it is currently being used, the cabal guard is a SUPER pet that always aggros on any enemy of that cabal even if it is blinded. Though the defender cannot go back into their cabal, they can just sit there, freely opening on anyone who enters.
