instrument requirement

would it be too much to remove the requirement of holding an instrument to use some songs as a bard or atleast allow them to use an instrument with weapons sheathed?

using some of these songs with a cursed weapons is a giant pain in the arse, and forget using an offensive spell during combat while using a cursed weapon, lol.. having to wear 2 medallions and an oaken ring then remove them to hold and instrument then use song then re-equip weapons is a GIANT risk and usually never worth it, some of these songs not even any stronger than warcry at that.

?

You need an instrument to play a song.

Expirement with weapons

I have actually seen people play songs on weapons I think (this may have been some time back I cannot remember the last bard I hunted with)

all of these songs have words, and not all songs require an instrument so this is kind of silly to reply with lol. I was thinking more toward balance so that they aren't at such a disadvantage in combat prep, and currently four seasons is rarely if ever going to see use because you will lose all of your defenses just for one spell.

I just think instruments are kind of a silly concept and hinder a class that doesn't really need hindering to begin with. just by 2 cents. They have a slew of skills that have no practical use, lol.

There are special instruments out there, I haven't seen them in ages though.

I do remember striking a chord on my daggers. Sandbox, there are one handed instruments.

lol, what if your wearing a cursed staff?

Edit - I suggest striking a chord on a marmelade orb.
