Just remove equipment bounties. The equipment is -very- rarely useful to the Syndi and is just trash for the person placing it (that is why they gave it up! Not like they are actually removing equipment). Like they said above, it just creates weak RP bounties and EQ circulation problems. If we really can't remove equipment bounties, make it so that rares are lost when the bounty expires, not returned.
Change the top10 to the top3. We hardly ever have more than 10 bounties anyways, so it is just a free way to check if you have a bounty.
Instead of the bounty giving eq to the person who placed it, give it to the Syndi. You can buy it from the Syndi then if you really want it. Send only the head to the person who placed it. That will stop people from bountying as a way to reequip.
Increase the length between bounties considerably (a few more OOC days) or increase the cost to place them on the same person. For example, the first bounty costs 100k gold (100cps), next 125, then 150, etc. This would be easier if we removed EQ bounties.
Remove the Syndi 'tax' on collected bounties. No reason to collect a 50k bounty and receive only 35k. Really hard to justify it as profitable as it is. Much more efficient (and saves cps and you don't risk death!) to just farm gold instead of collecting a bounty.
Make it so that available contracts can only be checked at a bounty office via a command. No reason for you to know when a syndi logs on just because the bounties disappear on the who list. Pretty OOC way to find out who is a Syndi or if there is a stealth one online. You can still check for free, but you have to go there and do it.
When a bounty is refused, make it so that same bounty is placed on the person who tried to make the cheap bid with a CP bonus to make it profitable.
