im sure there has been talk about this in the past however, i figured with new management maybe we can open this race up to some more options especially since they no longer have chamellion/backcutter/swallow/eyelids. Would be nice to see some more dex race playing things other than thief.

lol from what i understand the only thing stopping it was the fact that sliths trip with their tails and they didnt want rangers to have access to trip outside of pets.. i THINK, not positive though.

Slith Rangers make a lot more sense than Slith Blademasters.
As I said in the past. If trip is the Problem just correlate a check for PC's with trip skill.

Sliths according to the help files are expert Hunters. Hunters => Rangers, not thieves.
I disagree. Thieves stalk.. which is a deadly form of hunting. But then again.. Chuck Norris doesn't go hunting, because hunting implies there is a chance of failure. He goes killing.

yea i definatley think they should be rangers, i dont know how hard it is to make them not trip as rangers, but that would be ideal, just let them keep the extra tail attack.

oh yes, nothing more depressing than making an undead ranger and realizing you cannot do certain very important ranger things
if you want an overpowered ranger, just roll an good aligned ogre and go purity for avatar
