If I was codding i would add a check for poison. If victim is poisoned, assassinate fails automatically.

Getting assasinated when you know that they are there is awful. Assasinate should be Kaylia style. You never knew that she was there.

Mya, if ninjas that you know are hunting you are assassinating you... then you're the one at fault, not the coding.

I think this is wrong. As you are aware of the ninja and are expecting an assassination.

Poison as it is, does not prevents assassination, since the landing rate for Strangled/Unstrangled is not that different. (I mean was, who knows what changed.)

If you know you are about to be assasinated, the only action that preserves your life is not fighting. Quiting, or closing yourself somewhere and wait him to log off.

I dont know about most of you, but when i log on, is to play. Being forced to go iddle or quit is not an interesting option for me.

Sure, a Cleric will WIN a PK by being the first to hit. Even if he could, this only works once, twice, three times. It will be a time when you will be a bit more lagged and he will beat you to the punch.

You know Valek, you need to be on the 42th's range to be able to be assassinating. Rage deleting at 30, sure makes life easy.

Valek, you obviously haven't fought very skilled ninjas.

As someone mentioned before, the most dangerous ninja is not the one sitting in the shadows, but the one chasing you, running around you and catching ticks of study. One tick is enough, you go and burn it. Then come back, catch another, burn it again. Then simply go and assassinate, no need to even strange. An assassinate ninja has no need to hide against classes that cannot lag.

LEt's face it. Ninjas are the main reason people do not hang in cities. Thieves we can handle, but something that kills you in one hit, not of great benefit for the game.

Ive had certain races that have died to a dual backstab at 50 dependant of things of course---Should we take that out because its can kill?

Lets take out all lagging ability because I am tired of not getting in one command while fighting someone.

AS well lets take out power word, and any hard hitting spell especially hellstream because I dont like that it took me a three hour trip into winter and factions to have it blown up in one hit.

lol, it wont matter anyway I cannot win in battles of wit against him he is allways right, and I like Mya she has the ability to bring up good questions/debates about certain things this is just not one of them.
