Think of it like this, you are calling to some "being" that you believe in or may not believe in and bring yourself into a kind of rage. This "blesses" or "grants" you with better stats such as hitroll damroll saves etc. It is like getting a morale boost. And there is nothing wrong with Chayesh's bless. If I read one more yell on my mud screen I'm going to do something drastic.
