I check my where PK for neutrals more than I do for evil, thanks to the obscene amount of trash neutral over the years

No neutral is trash. If they are chaotic they can kill whomever they want. If they are of neutral, they must have a reason at least.

He was simply responding to a comment somebody else made. If you're going to play captain-save-a-thread, you might want to point out to Behrens and MysticR about trust and mind control not belonging here either.
Neutral RP
The main thing about neutral PKing at any level is RP. The reason people can and WILL think neutrals are trash is because the intesity of RP required to play a bloodthirsty neutral is difficult. You don't hear people complaining about the drow that slaughters wholesale because you 'expect' that of every drow. However, a halfling whom kills elves might have a very good reason for it. The problem is you actually have to RP with them to get the reason. I'm not saying all neutrals have this excuse, just that it is a reason why you will find more people thinking a neutral didn't have a reason for the pk.

Slaughtering everyone? Maybe. Slaughtering every elf is a completely different thing though. And it wouldn't be the players fault if 75% of the pinns on were elven.

I remember a post not long ago about healers never being around when you need them. Now there are two cabaled and a few just lingering around. Thank Chayesh they're not all elven. I'd get tired of having to roll up all my elf-bloodthirsty halflings just to get rid of them.
Well, most people fail to take into account that if you're killed by a neutral and you happen to be in militia. Said neutral(I know, nobody would've guessed this one) is in Sacred Oak and has seen you enter your clanhall or found out through another about your affiliation. And it goes the other way around for militia neutrals. Or WM Savant fueds. Cabal fueds extend down the lines, guys. It's not all about alignment.
