I was thinking, goods have the avatars and evils have both demons and undead, how about something for neutrals. Treants would fit well I think. They could be open to Rangers, druids, warriors, bersurkers and battlemages.
I would tent to say allow any race to join, but if it has to be restricted make it human and werebeast only. RP it like a blessing of GIA so they can join watchers and not have it not be natural.
Any thoughts?

I think the evil qraces/classes absolutely overpower the good qraces/classes and there needs to be a little more balance to them...
Aren't Avatars supposed to be the most "powerful" of the qraces/qclasses/stuff (using the word powerful loosely, as there's too much to take into account to judge how powerful something is)?
Or am I wrong?

Evil qraces/classes are more abundant. Their power curve is pretty much linear.
Without going into details, good qrace/qclass have an exponential power curve. A pimped out good qrace/qclass in his/her maximum power capacity will always have the upper hand against any evil qrace/class.
You have neutral psis and druids already?
We're talking race, not class.
Ohh.. Race..
Would that race fill any purpose other than that of a neutral questrace?
What story would be used to turn someone into a walking tree that wouldn't be far fetched?

I agree. It is hard to say why without going into the details, as he said. However, the power potential for good qclass/qrace is very high.

It's due to availability, I feel, is a good answer to this. 29.2% of goods race class combinations can become a qclass, and 100% a qrace, where with evils it's only 9.1% that can become a qclass, and 23.6% that can become a qrace.
Goods have far more prequest customization to play style going on, which is amazingly helpful in my opinion, but for evils it's pretty much much one road to go. Also it opens up different play styles that openants must meet to fight each good qclass/qrace, where for evils one style fits each, generally.

Having devoted themselves to Nature for eternity, the Goddess of Nature has blessed these creatures by turning them into the embodiment of Nature and have granted them special powers.
How is that any more rediculous than the Avatars?
Good Qrace is so good you see 2-3 of them running cabals. Ops, i thought Vampires where good...
I have an idea, lets remove stone giants from the starting races, we then upgrade them a bit. And present them as Qrace. Perhaps then we could se more of them.
Now seriusly what ever happened to the dragon race thing ?
A better retort would be demons, and Im not a fan of their explination anyway. I'd much perfer sacrificing the body for the energy to break the seal and as a reward their mind is placed in the body of the demon. The problem I have is with the degree of transformation, were beasts already seem like a perfect example of a race that's blessed by nature, it's not a complete step away from something natural, but it's unique.
That being said, I'd have no objections to an Ent race existing as a begining race, but I just don't see anyone saying: 'Thanks, Eshaine, I'm enjoying being a tree now. Cats climb me, birds sit on me, dogs chase my droppings. I've got a busy day tomorrow, Ive gotta go bark, then later on I'm going to get pollinated.'

I'm thinking a human druid, remorting to a treant (living tree race) would be pretty awesome.

A wizard did it.
Also, who planted this idea into all your heads that neutral align is all about nature? It would be perfectly concievable to see a neutral qrace/class based on pure equilibrium or things of such.
Of course it would but treants are a prevolant mob race. As a result there is kind of a race to go by. I dont know of any races that would be dedicated to equilibrium right of the top of my head, though.
Some ideas maybe? Demons/undeads/vampires/avatars/lich are all based on a higher power granting divine power. I don't count healers/druids. No idea what crusader is based on, but I'm guessing a higher power once again (One god). Psis are just wierd.
-edited- I broke down exactly which is a qrace and which is a qclass...but I think that might be a little too much info.
Basically --
Classes don't transform, they are taught.
Races are transformed, not taught.
So, if we are talking about qraces, some of the lich/psi/avatar/vamp/etc/etc/etc/ arguments do not apply.
