I can understand the basic principle, But I really dont think it should work from a distance, I was plagued once and right before plague killed me, I deathstriked daryth, from across the ford. I was also fighting an ogre ranger who killed me with arrows, and I deathstriked him from a few rooms away as well. It isnt suppose to work like this?
deathstrike?
I've never seen it do that, but I don't see a problem with it either:D . It won't kill the person it happens too anyways.
Pretty sure thats a bug.
WC
Sounds a lot more like a bug than a 'feature'. ![]()
Bug. I'll have it check that you're in the same room.
Speaking of D-Strike, anyone willing to admit they have mastered it ![]()
I see how it can work, the blademaster is so bat poop loco that they put that extra hooah! into the stab and the sword explodes out their back and seeks their target like some unerring bad guy seeking missile ![]()
It makes sense in my world
It's Farslayer!
"Farslayer howls across the world
For thy heart, for thy heart, who hast wronged me!*
Vengeance is his who casts the blade*
Yet he will in the end no triumph see."*

Your world frightens me.

My world is sunshine, and rainbows...and flesh eating dead, but we have a spray for that

That bastard Wayne always gets the good stuff before I get there, damn his buying power.
Wayne Campbell?
Party on, Garth.

I shatter Swords and splinter spears;
None stands to Shieldbreaker.*
My point's the fount of orphans' tears*
My edge the widowmaker.*
I need to reread those. Awesome books.
Ha! I remember those. Never got around to reading all of them, but the few I did read were very well written. I even think my healer was based of one of the gods from that series. ![]()

Absolutely awesome. My favorite, aside from Farslayer, has got to be this one:
The Tyrant's Blade no blood hath spilled
But doth the spirit carve*
Soulcutter hath no body killed*
But many left to starve.*
Theres once was a man from Nantucket...

Solid, of course. But I prefered
The Mindsword spun in the dawn's gray light
And men and demons knelt down before.*
The Mindsword flashed in the midday bright*
Gods joined the dance, and the march to war.*
It spun in the twilight dim as well*
And gods and men marched off to hell.*
As it always so well described the result of using the sword.
What series is this from now? Farslayer or...
Is it the book of swords?
