I don't vote yes to cabal applications that doesn't show a slightest efford. The less I know about the character, the easier it's to go for no rather than pass.
I never read any cabal app though, I just vote yes.

I definitely feel much more confident now than I had before. All because I actually am attempting PK. More than anything now, because I braved a huge hill and now my RP (I feel) is improving. "scary" character that where relentless PKers don't seem so scary now. More than anything, people that boast saying their scary are just begging to get their asses kicked, and something inside of me is begging to give them JUST that.
