Its not quite that bad....
If you're SO sure make a mino zerk/warrior and I bet I can best you even vs a trigger. At the very least I'll stalemate you every time until you make the mistake.

Oh I don't mean its an "I win" button...but it could be rough on those classes that really want that first strike. I mean, I guess they could just stealth... but I mean who wants to start off bashed/charged/whatevered not because someone saw you coming or was quicker, but because their opponent can write a trigger?
