You can get equipment to help you raise your con.
Most of us roll high numbers for our characters so the stats are maxed out by about rank 15. 50+ Depending on race/class
Your con lowers as you lose lives.
I believe he is talking about a pinned character who has lost con due to deaths.
If that is so, you can train con back to its original value at your cabal for a nice price.

500k gold seems like a reasonable price if you ask me.
I concur.
500k gold would only make raising one stat hard as hell for newbies who lose that con much faster. I think the price should be based on how many times you have trained it, that way when you are new at pinn, and getting rolled you have a buffer to fall back on.

I think he is saying like for the first time you raise a stat, maybe 100k, 2nd time 200k, 5th time 500k.

well mostly newbies are losing con faster (see elwarick, no offense) so I mean put it on a curve, you train it once, cheaper, go back again, bit more. So on and so forth.
So if we make it just 500k to get another conpoint, newbies usually have a hard time gathering that much cash ever, while most of us vets can get 5-700k per shift, and a shaman can literally farm gold.
I can never seem to get more than 10k...

Fraught with danger - I know easy to get eq to put my stats up. If all I ahe to do is perserve until around rank 40ish (where I have easy access to some gold farming methods) then I would. Then 'gold up' all my stats and hold the trains.
I don't think this would be a good thing.... That way to train it is just ANOTHER benefit of something. There is a heavy price to pay for that too.
