I've used kick with my shaman when I've been blasphemied.
Shii, I've used kick with rangers and clerics in pk situations, My demon cleric hit a demolish with his kick. But then again, on a demon cleric kick really is pointless.
But in my opinion, I think all classes should have kick, they should have slap too, and bitch slap for Madcow.
