They get killed for not sheating ?
if you drop link the guard may not like that and there is a chance that you might get exucuted I believe.
But I dont know what the sentence was first.
Maybe he did something the Tribune didn't like outside a lawful area.
Or he was an outlaw.
Ploar is not an outlaw though.

So what is the deal with it? Maybe he was not sheathing when marty told him to eh? It is quite strange I admit. Why would someone really be executed for not...sheathing?
Maybe he killed a few blood guards outside town or something.
That would be even stranger.
As he is wanted for not sheathing, then proceds to leave the city.
The dogs attacks him, he defends himself and kills the dog.
Now he is executed for defending himself from an assault in a unLawfull area.
I dont think so.
Also this is not the first one i have seen executed by under the same crime.
Frankly, even if there are no extenutating circumstances, it doesn't bother me in the slightest. If Marty wants to be Lord Emperor of all Existence and go totalitarian style, that's his prerogative. I say, the more the better. Shake things up a bit. EDIT: Even though Marty's innocent, I think this still holds true.

Ploar was executed because he dropped link inside the jails. His original sentence was extended. It's an auto-happening thing, and not something I did. I don't execute people for not sheathing, that's just whack

I have seen that happen once to a herald. He took not sheathing to an extreme level. There may have also been other things involved, but that was his actual sentance. As far as the auto-exicute goes...that sucks, I have a very unstable connection, and frequently get disconected for 2 or 3 seconds. Oh well, hasnt happened to me yet though.
Back in 2.0(or earlier 3.0 I forget) alot of bards refused to sheath instruments and got arrested.

I remember that! So, so stupid. My favorite was Justices demanding that Heralds 'sheath' the pens they wielded, or be arrested. So, so, so funny.
