Chasing ability is THE most difficult skill to achieve in this game. It's what truly separates the classes of player, the vet from the elite. There are certain classes that have an extremely low percentage of dying (1% for some) due to wimpy and word. Imagine finally getting a mage or communer low on hp. Wimpy kicks in and they'll always have a 1-2 round of headstart on you. The flee'er will always have the advantage over the chaser because they are not the one that has to react and make best guesses within miliseconds. This combined with that lag makes all the difference.
There is skill involved in both chasing and running. Wimpy makes running easy and removes the skill factor from it while at the same time hindering greatly the one who chases.
