I think shield warriors are now alot closer to being balanced. There are some things that i am sure the staff is still considering. From the perspective of playing one the tweaks have changed how you fight with them. It is far from always wear a shield and you win now.

Which it should not be. Compare to other warrior lores: against some enemies you will still chose another weapon (or to dual wield or even use a staff maybe?) that does not allow your lore to work.
