Unlike the other giant races of Aabahran, the frost giants are a scarce and enigmatic people. Throughout history travelers have seen their kind in places such as Winter and Dischord, yet few attempts at diplomacy have been made to or by these cold-hearted giants.

Frost giants have adapted to the cold climates that they call home. Their bodies are acclimated to the lowest extremes, and they have become experts at using the cold to deal damage. They are vulnerable to fire and heat, and their minds are weak to mental attacks.

Like all giants, frost giants have a size advantage over most adventurers and are resistant to physical attacks. They share with other giants an innate mastery in bash, body slam, and enhanced damage. Their natural size also makes them adept at using two handed weapons.

The two tribes of frost giants are split between the mostly chaotic Northern Tribe and the more lawful Southern Tribe. The Northern Tribe still follows their ancient tribalistic ways, led by a Chieftain. The Southern Tribe has a more open social system where elders and important tribe members all have a say in tribal decisions.

Frost giants who leave their tribes most often find themselves in Miruvhor or Maelbrim. They are known to have a general dislike of the storm giants, whom they refer to as salt giants. They are naturally evil.
